How We Design
For the designs, we mostly use Fusion 360, a powerful 2D and 3D designing software. This allows us to create and edit drafts with sketch constraints and dimensions. When we are done with the sketches, we turn them into 3D objects and iterate on design ideas and explore some forms with sculpting tools. We then create finishing features using some of the included modeling tools in the software.
Fusion 360 allows us to edit and repair imported scans or mesh models. These also include STL and OBJ files used in 3D printing.
